Then once you’ve secured first place for Zee, take your time and peruse The Providence Phoenix’s Best Music Poll 2009. This vote is open longer, and I believe you can re-vote as well.  I can’t go through all my picks here, but I’m sure some names will sound familier from previous “The Scene” posts.
